Master Batch refers to the problem of using powder-type additives during extrusion and injection molding using plastic resins such as PVC, PP, PE, PS, ABS, and PC, that is, the problem of poor dispersion due to poor kneading properties. It refers to a pellet-shaped raw material in which additives are concentrated and dispersed in a high concentration in the base resin to solve the problem. By mixing raw materials with plastic resin and processing and molding, products with desired color or function can be produced.
